Registration fees do not include tax. HST (13%) will be charged on top of the registration fee.
* Eligibility for "Trainee" category includes; Residents, Fellows, and Students. Trainee registrants are required to indicate their current institution, level of study and student ID number.
Special rates for groups of 15+: If you have a group of 15 or more, you qualify for special pricing on full and 1-day conference registration. Fees will be charged at early registration rates rather than the standard registration rates. Please note, trainee rates do not qualify for this offer.

Requests for cancellation must be made in writing. A processing fee of $75 will be retained on all cancellations. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after Feb 8, 2019.
Registrations are not transferable.
The CCIC and the University of Toronto reserves the right to cancel events. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of a cancellation. Registration fees for events cancelled by the CCIC or the University will be refunded; however the CCIC or the University will not be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses that such cancellations may cause.
