Poster Presenters are asked to register at the main registration counter.  Poster display boards will be set up in the 'St. Jacques' room, one floor above the main presentation room.  Presenter names and titles will be indicated on the poster display boards.   Velcro dots and pins will be available in the room.

Please save this file as a Word document using your family name as the title. Please use the email subject heading “Cannabinoids and Pain Symposium abstract” and email the file as an attachment to: info@ccic.net

General Information

Poster abstract submissions will be reviewed and rated by members of the Scientific Committee of the CCIC who have expertise in cannabinoid and pain research. Each submission will be reviewed for its scientific or clinical importance, ethical practice, study design and relevance to the symposium theme.

The primary author will be asked to sign an Abstract Submission Agreement which confirms that the primary author agrees to grant the CCIC permission to publish the abstract in printed symposium material and on the CCIC website. The primary author retains the abstract’s copyright, and anyone wishing to use the abstract after the Cannabinoids and Pain Symposium will be instructed to contact the primary author. The CCIC reserves the right to withdraw the abstract.

There is no abstract submission fee for the Poster Session, however all poster abstract applicants must be registered for the symposium. At least one author must attend the symposium and accompany their poster during the poster session.
